Surprise... one day I find my bedroom unreasonably steamy. It is a good thing I have made them design a box over the HVAC unit that is easy to open. I find a leak that is covered with green, steaming up the room from the building's heat source.
The water is coming on so strong it explains why that corner of the room has heretofore inexplicable water damage.
Lucky for me the building arranges for a competent plumber who also takes advantage of the improved access to the HVAC to solder the pipe and fix the leak.
Another crisis averted.
