It looks like bright red I or II. I dunno. But I think you'd like it anyway. The blue one is probably topaz blue... I am guessing they are Z3 leather colors since it's a Z3 watch. The face matches the analog clock in the 2000+ Z3 center console.

Ron Stygar switched the band with a chrome/matte chrome metal band and it looks really good. I can get the part number and source of his band if you are interested.

Andy and I both have one and an M coupe watch too. The Z3 watches and the M coupe watches are serialized on the back. Very limited edition.

I don't know what Andy's charging. It's probably in the $100-$150 range I would guess.

In the US, the is no specially-made first aid kit for Z3s. You are supposed to buy the black vinyl $20 generic BMW first aid kit.

I disagree. That vinyl thing is crap-o-la.

In the EPC, there is a first aid kit listed under Z3 roadsters and coupes. The catch is, you cannot get it in the US. The adhesive tape inside supposedly burns at a low temperature and does not meet some medical spec in the US. Therefore BMW NA will not sell them here. The Z3 kit is about twice as big and has much cooler stuff in it than the black vinyl jobbie. The Z3 one even has a silver thermal blanket.

The same is true for E46, E39, E38, whatever. In europe, they all have special first aid kits. Most cars get a drawer that goes under the passenger seat to hold them. We don't get none of that (the drawer in the case of the Z3, nor the kits themselves).

So if you're a stickler for detail, you will want this kit. We have 6 or 7 of them, but that's all.
